Please note: last access to monument 60 minutes before closing time.
Closed on January 1st, May 1st, November 1st and 11, December 25.

PARKING
Free parking is available below the monument. Allow 3 to 5 minutes to walk up to the castle entrance.
Services and visiting conditions
- Dogs are not allowed.
- Strollers are not permitted on the first and second floor.
- Suitcases and large rucksacks are not permitted.
- Photography is permitted inside the château, provided no flash is used.
- The monument is not accessible to minors unless accompanied by an adult.
- For scheduled events, please arrive at the ticket office at least 15 minutes before the event is due to start.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the site, both inside and outside the monument. Pursuant to Decree No. 2025-582 of 27 June 2025 on smoke-free areas, outdoor public spaces where children and young people may be present or exposed to smoke, in particular public parks and gardens, are designated as smoke-free areas.
- For groups, advance booking is required to access the monument: please see the page dedicated to groups.
Disabled
- Access for people with reduced mobility and those prone to fatigue.
- A reserved parking space is located approximately 10 metres from the entrance.
- A lifting platform, accessible on request via the videophone, provides access to the entrance.
- The reception areas, the ticket office and shop, the ground-floor rooms and the inner courtyard are accessible, but assistance may be required in the courtyard due to uneven stone paving.
- The upper floors are not wheelchair accessible.
- A display board showing the different floors is available to help visitors explore the building in a different way.
- Accessible toilets for people with reduced mobility are available on the ground floor.
- A companion is required for people with reduced mobility throughout the visit, including outdoors.
- Assistance dogs are permitted.
